Multicultural Village Hub

This three-year project, due for completion in June 2024, is for people from diverse backgrounds aged 55 years or over (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) living in or near the Cities of Belmont and Bayswater.

The project has been funded by the Department of Social Services.

It has created connections and a sense of belonging through group activities such as wellness programs, recreational and educational activities. The activities have built confidence and empowered participants to share their knowledge, skills and interests. It also provides a peer support network and information about local services and programs.
