The ACVVS is specifically designed for seniors from multicultural, multilingual, multi-faith, and LGBTIQA+ backgrounds in the Perth metropolitan and Peel regions, who may be at risk of social isolation. You will be matched with a volunteer who shares your language, culture, or interests, to provide companionship through regular visits.<\/p>\n

To take part, you need to be participating in the Support at Home program or living in a residential aged care facility. Volunteers visit for one hour every fortnight, offering reliable social connection and support in your home or care facility.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
